The role: As the Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers. Your main goal will be to drive the strategy that meets our ambitious growth and retention plans for our B2B customer portfolio. This includes building, expanding, and maintaining key customer relationships, leveraging commercial value with strategically important large customers. You will ensure that our customers are amazed by exceptional account management, helping them achieve their sustainability goals, and recognizing the value of their partnership with First Mile.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, proven account management experience in a B2B environment, and the ability to translate strategies into tactical plans and implement them. You should have extensive knowledge of business customer management principles and strong business language communication skills. Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Force is beneficial.
