Role Summary

  • Manage day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, staff support, and administrative coordination in Singapore office.
  • Provide operational and executive support to Singapore Directors, managing their calendars, travel, meetings, and priorities.
  • Handle compliance and administrative activities and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Support basic finance processes and reporting.
  • Maintain project coordination tools to aid project delivery.

The role: As the Business Operations Lead based in Singapore, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing office facilities, vendor relationships, staff support, and administrative coordination. You will provide operational and executive support to the Singapore Directors, managing their calendars, travel, meetings, and priorities. Additionally, you will handle compliance and administrative activities in Singapore and coordinate people processes such as onboarding. You will also support basic finance processes and reporting, and maintain project coordination tools to support project delivery.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong operations experience within a Singapore context, with a broad remit in a lean environment. You should be confident in navigating Singapore compliance and government-related platforms and processes, such as GeBIZ, MOM, ACRA, IRAS, and NCSS/RAISE. We are looking for someone who is calm, capable, and discreet, trusted with sensitive operational, HR, and finance-adjacent matters. You should have practical judgement, strong follow-through, and be a clear communicator who can manage up and across. Being process-minded, comfortable using systems and tools to keep work organized and visible, and having strong documentation and handover discipline are essential.
