Night Porter- WildLand Sutherland

WildLand Sutherland is located on the elemental North coast of Scotland, offering guests the chance to immerse themselves in the natural rhythms of the countryside. Hope Lodge, a new property opening early next year, is part of this unique setting.

The role: As a Night Porter at WildLand Sutherland, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the overnight operation at Hope Lodge. Your duties will include patrolling the property, ensuring health and safety adherence, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will act as the first point of contact for any guest concerns during the night, respond to emergencies, and maintain the security of buildings and grounds. Additionally, you will assist in venue operations at the close of the evening and ensure that walkways and footpaths are safe during adverse weather conditions.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be warm, approachable, and able to think clearly under pressure. You should be a confident communicator with both guests and staff, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not specified as required.
