Role Summary
- Work as a part of the South West Team alongside NHS multi-disciplinary teams and community services.
- Providing tailored support using a needs-based assessment framework.
- The role involves home and hospital-based work.
- This is a maternity-cover contract for up to 1 year, offering flexibility in scheduling beyond the typical 9 to 5.
Role Requirements
- You must have a recognised Social Worker qualification and current registration with Social Work England or equivalent.
- Experience in a social care setting with children, young people, and their families is required.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, preferably within an NHS setting, is necessary.
