The role: As a V-Label Specialist Product Development, you will contribute both strategically and operationally to the development of the V-Label. Working closely with the team leader and colleagues from various departments, you will translate market and customer needs into functional and economically viable programs. You will take responsibility for selected projects, support the management of existing programs, and use in-depth analysis to develop sustainable solutions for our stakeholders. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, combining conceptual thinking with structured, independent implementation.
Job requirements: Candidates should have a Master's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by up to two years of relevant work experience. A background in business administration, commercial economics, economics, or a related field is required. Excellent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B2) are essential. You should be proactive, respectful, and committed in your work approach, with strong cooperation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Analytical and strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and independent working are also important.
Benefits: We offer flexible working hours with the option to compensate overtime with time off. Full remote work is available, with the option to work from our Berlin office. You can also work temporarily from abroad (subject to a limit of 183 days/year). Benefits include 25 days of basic annual leave with the possibility to 'purchase' additional days through small salary adjustments.
