Role Summary
- Support the Country Director and manage the HR, Compliance, and Legal departments within the People Division.
- Translate strategy into action, manage enterprise risk and compliance.
- Drive staff engagement and initiatives for creating a positive culture.
- Collaborate frequently with department leads, demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills.
Role Requirements
- 7+ years in HR, operations, or strategy, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Financial literacy in budgeting, forecasting, and salary modeling.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Fluency in Swahili and English.
- Willingness to work in an office setting in Iringa, with some travel involved.

You will be responsible for translating strategy into action, maintaining enterprise risk and compliance, and driving staff engagement and culture-building initiatives. This role requires frequent collaboration with department leads and involves significant leadership and communication responsibilities.
Job requirements: - 7+ years in HR, operations, or strategy, with at least 3 years in management. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Financial fluency in budgets, forecasting, and salary modeling. - High emotional intelligence and discretion. - Proficiency in Swahili and English. - Comfortable working in an office in Iringa, with occasional travel required.
