- Assist with the entire lifecycle of products going live on the Otrium platform.
- Coordinate with brands and the warehouse on delivery schedules.
- Process brand data to ensure compatibility with the ERP system.
- Contribute to daily operations within the Inbound team.
- Must be enrolled at a University in the Netherlands.
- Pursuing a degree relevant to the logistics internship.
- Able to commit from 1st June to 30th October 2024, working 32-40 hours per week.
- Ideally residing within a 1-hour commute of the Houthavens office.
- Flexible, eager to learn, tech-savvy, and possess a good sense of humor.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- An allowance of 550 Euros per month.
- Travel cost reimbursement for distances over 10km from the office.
- One holiday day per month plus a birthday leave.

Your impact
We are looking for a Logistics Intern who, together with our team, will take Otrium to a higher level. We can guarantee one thing; after this internship, your resume is full of relevant experience, plus you have been part of a scale-up, in a young and enthusiastic team.
At Otrium, no two days are the same! As a Logistics Intern you will be supporting the team of supply chain specialists on incoming shipments from the supplying brands to get them live on the platform as soon as possible. You will work in Google Sheets, our own ERP system and our brand new drop system, to assist the team in guiding the shipments to a 'Ready for Live'-status.
Your responsibilities:
- You will assist with managing the process of the items going live on our platform from start to finish
- You will be in contact with brands and our warehouse regarding upcoming deliveries
- You will request, check and process the incoming data & digital assets from brands about new deliveries to make it compatible with our ERP system
- You will support the Inbound team with day to day tasks.
To join us for an internship you need to be:
- Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands (for the entirety of your internship)
- Studying a relevant degree for the internship
- Available from 1st June - 30th October ’24 [between 32 - 40 hours per week]
- Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally)
- Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge... with a great sense of humour!
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
