Role Summary:Lead the EMEA Tech Partnerships team to bolster go-to-market strategies and collaborations with tech partners.Develop and execute revenue-driving programs and initiatives, evangelizing Braze’s value proposition.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align strategies and achieve partnership goals.Drive commercial development and innovation while improving partner experiences and outcomes.

Role Requirements:Proven experience in Customer Engagement Sales/Partnerships and team leadership.At least 5 years of experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.In-depth knowledge of the MarTech Ecosystem and strong business acumen.Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication abilities and a commitment to a collaborative professional environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Director Commercial Technology Partners to lead our EMEA Tech Partnerships team and support the EMEA Sales region. As part of our Global Commercial Tech Partnerships team you will be responsible for expanding Braze's go-to-market efforts through the global Tech Partners community with close collaboration with our regional Sales and Marketing teams.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about generating pipelines, building and monetising strategic relationships and driving commercial development forward, in collaboration with external partners and internal teams, who is biased towards building repeatability and scalability through innovation. We are looking for an individual who is proactively seeking to improve commercial development achievements and partner experience to make a measurable impact.

Your responsibility will be to lead the EMEA Tech Partner team, develop the regional strategy and execute revenue-driving programs and initiatives, evangelizing Braze’s value proposition within our partner community. Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales leadership, BDR, Marketing and Enablement.

  • Drive strategic alignment between Braze and tech partners to accelerate commercial development and pole position within their partner portfolio. 
  • Work with Strategic Partners, Sales, BDR and Marketing to develop a joint Braze strategy and GTM business plan that includes co-selling and sourcing revenue.
  • Execute GTM plans and create region-specific practice development plans, driving new partner onboarding and delivering successful outcomes for our customers.
  • Build out program strategy and lead Business Development with firms to drive impact for the business.
  • Build alignment with regional sales leads and commitment on key partnership goals and strategic initiatives by maintaining access and influence with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Technology Partnership and Sales Teams’ to develop co-offerings to further strengthening our position across investment firms portfolio companies

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience working with Partners, Sales and Business Development teams to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
  • 5+ years experience in Customer Engagement Sales/Partnerships with a demonstrated experience in obtaining and overachieving on targets
  • Experience as a team leader, strong drive and character qualities that match with Braze's Core Values and inspire others to follow and act
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of MarTech Ecosystem 
  • Adaptive and agile in a quickly changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • You have exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills. Clients have the impression that you listen and understand their problems.
  • Commitment to a collaborative environment infused with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability.
