- Role Summary:
- Lead and shape EcoVadis' consulting partnership strategy focusing on significant value delivery through advisory and system integration consulting firms.

- Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields with 10+ years in consulting, business development, or partnership management, preferably in sustainability or supply chain sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive ambitious goals and create impactful value with minimal oversight.
- Experience in formulating successful partnership strategies with global advisory and system integration firms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel sustainably and proficiency in English plus one other European language.

Job Description
As the Head of Consulting Partnerships, you will be the leader and visionary of EcoVadis’ consulting partnership strategy, which aims to leverage consulting firms (advisory services, management consulting, and system integration consulting firms) to deliver significant additional value to joint customers. You will be responsible for executing a strategy to onboard and nurture relationships with the most strategic and impactful global consulting firms. You will act as a liaison between EcoVadis and strategic consulting partners, facilitating communication and coordination, and ensuring all parties take full advantage of the partners' impact potential. You will also execute a digital strategy for scalably incentivizing mid-sized and boutique consulting firms to become experts and evangelists for EcoVadis’ methodology and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key consulting partnerships and network with decision-makers
- Develop value propositions and joint use cases for consulting partners that align with their business areas and our solutions
- Implement consulting firm account plans and scale our relationships with global and regional players in the supply chain/procurement advisory space
- Formalize the partnerships and execute joint marketing plans, education plans, and revenue-sharing models
- Train and educate consulting partners on EcoVadis' solutions, capabilities, and benefits, and provide ongoing support and updates
- Liaise with system integrators to enrich our joint solutions capabilities and create more value for clients
- Continuously collaborate and communicate with consulting partners to address challenges, refine approaches, and identify new opportunities
- Report on program impact and revenue generation, and involve executives in important decisions and milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, sustainability, supply chain management or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting, business development, account management, or partnership management, preferably in the sustainability or supply chain sector
- Proven track record as a self starter, able to set ambitious goals, striving, without much oversight, to “make big things happen” in terms of impact and value creation
- History of developing and implementing successful partnership strategies with global firms, especially in the advisory services and system integration services domains
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel at times, and predominantly by rail to reduce your carbon footprint
- Superior fluency in English; prefer at least one other European language
