Role Summary
- Create and execute innovative content strategies to generate leads and establish Lodgify as a top resource in the industry.
- Produce diverse content, including blog posts, guides, ebooks, webinars, case studies, and social media.
- Build industry relationships for collaborative content efforts.
- Analyze content performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Role Requirements
- Native-level Spanish with excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of content creation experience across various formats.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools, marketing automation software, and CMS platforms.
- A proven track record in lead generation and brand awareness through content.
- A data-driven approach, team orientation, and problem-solving capabilities.

We're laying the groundwork for continued expansion in 2024 by adding great people to our team who can help us grow in the vacation rental industry. We're looking for an exceptional Content Marketing Specialist to join us at a critical time of growth!
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you love writing quality content as a means of delivering qualified leads and positioning Lodgify as a go-to source of information in the vacation rental industry.
You'll be required to produce a wide variety of content across different formats and channels. You will also flex your talents in project management, strategic marketing, data analysis, and reporting.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
Being creative and engaging. We live in the AI and ChatGPT era. If we want our content to stand out and provide true value to our audience, we need to be creative and engaging. Make them feel part of the conversation, understand their pain points and help them find solutions through content. Writing, editing and proofreading.A lot. Every day. On deadline. You'll be producing content across a variety of formats and channels, such as blog posts, guides, ebooks, webinars, case studies, social media, newsletters, and more. Building strong relationships with relevant figures within the vacation rental industry, and exploring content collaboration opportunities like guest posts, interviews, and webinars. Analyzing the performance of your content (in terms of traffic, qualified leads, and several additional KPIs), creating reports to keep track and sharing the results with the rest of the team.⭐ What makes you a great fit?
Native level of Spanish. Very good level of English, both written and spoken. At least 3 years of experience writing content in different formats, including long-form blog posts and guides, eBooks, case studies, social media posts, video scripts, and newsletters. Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog), analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS platforms (e.g.: WordPress). You have a track record for producing content that delivers qualified leads and improves brand awareness, and you've helped define and been accountable to clear goals and KPIs. Data-driven mindset, love for content creation, teamwork, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as that self-motivation to overcome any obstacle.⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?
