  • Close new business opportunities and drive growth across Australia and APAC.

You’re eager to progress your career in sales through continual learning and purposeful feedback. Having a goal excites you and you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets across an extended length of time.

You’re a great communicator with the ability to connect with others effectively over a variety of written mediums. You have the confidence to manage a corporate sales process, which means influencing senior decision-makers, handling objections, and nurturing relationships. You’d call yourself entrepreneurial and you take the initiative, collaborate and explore creative ways to connect with prospects.

If you have closing experience in sales in a B2B environment, then you’re in the right place! If you’re proficient in using LinkedIn, Gong and Salesforce (or another CRM) then we’d love to connect with you.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):

As an integral part of the sales team, you’ll close new business opportunities to drive growth across Australia (and soon - across APAC). You’ll be responsible for a hybrid of pre-qualified opportunities, hot inbound inquiries and self-generated leads; taking them from conception to close. You’ll also be aligned with an SDR team who are focused on targeting our ideal customers in your space.

Day to day you can expect to:

  • Work with Mid-Market and Corporate Customers (250-2,500 employees), consult with key stakeholders (HR and C-suite), identify the business challenges and align these goals with the relevant Perkbox products
  • Work with pre-qualified opportunities generated by SDRs, or hot inbound inquiries to demonstrate the value of Perkbox to the key stakeholders via online or in-person meetings.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, strategically generate interest and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand the clients' requirements and processes, put together presentations, tenders and pitches to manage a long term pipeline that will deliver results.
  • Work directly with the SDR team, training and collaborating with them to build a deal pipeline.
