Role Summary:

  • Client-facing role managing the entire event lifecycle from initial enquiry to post-event invoicing.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including catering, room setups, and working with external suppliers.
  • Weekly collaboration with internal teams, service partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain precise contracts and ensure timely invoicing and payment.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial hire event delivery and coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Experience with event management systems, preferably Kinetics.
  • Skilled in coordinating hybrid events with video conferencing and live streaming elements.
  • A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture.

We are looking for an Events Executive to join our team. Your primary focus will be operating in a client facing role working on events from the first stages of enquiry through to contracting and invoicing of the event and detailed coordination of all event logistics including but not limited to catering. You will ensure events are effectively managed within the conference centre through; Communicating with internal teams, service partners and suppliers at weekly meetings, Assisting clients to run their events effectively, Ensuring accurate contracts and invoices are presented to clients and paid on time, Working with external suppliers to ensure effective and safe delivery, Ensuring events are delivered on time, including ensuring correct room set ups are complete and accurate.

We are looking for an events professional with strong communication and event coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering commercial hire events of a high standard, dealing with internal and external operations teams and liaising with multiple clients simultaneously. Operational experience in a conference and events venue delivering events, Exhibition and networking skills, Demonstrable knowledge of an event management booking systems (ideally Kinetics), Experience of working in the conference and events sector, Possess the capability to coordinate Hybrid Events (including elements of video conferencing / live streaming), The ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture across the organisation, collaborating across departments.
