- Drive online marketing and sales strategies to boost site traffic and profitable sales.

- Manage digital campaigns across various channels, including PPC, Meta Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates.
- Optimize campaigns for sales and ROI, and oversee third-party agencies.
- Role Requirements:
- Minimum four years of B2C performance/digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury or travel.
- Strong proficiency with Facebook Business & Ads Manager.
- Skilled in analytical tools like GA4, ContentSquare, and Google Ads, and familiar with business intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Prior experience with Display and YouTube advertising, TikTok marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, javascript, and SQL is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for travel and online trends.

The role of Performance Marketing Manager is key to the next phase of Mr & Mrs Smith’s growth as we continue to curate the world’s most desirable hotel collection. You will be responsible for the delivery of online marketing and sales plans to drive site traffic to convert into profitable sales. This will involve helping to deliver online revenue growth, increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention through innovative and strategic digital marketing initiatives and amplifying creative content.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing digital marketing campaigns in performance marketing channels (PPC, Meta Search, Paid Social, Affiliates) to support the marketing and sales plan, and continuously optimise campaigns to deliver sales and ROI. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of all third-party agencies across Paid Search, Meta Search & our Affiliate network.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years experience in B2C performance or digital marketing – ideally in the luxury or travel space. Strong hands on experience with Facebook Business & Ads Manager is essential. Experience using analytical tools such as GA4, ContentSquare, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), or business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau is essential. Previous experience with managing Display and YouTube advertising, as well as TikTok, is advantageous. Experience with HTML, CSS, javascript an advantage but not essential. Experience with SQL an advantage but not essential. Passion for the travel industry and 'everything online' is a must.
