- Role Summary:
- Become a Relationship Manager working with theatre organisations and artists in the South West.
- Advise on funding opportunities, assess grant applications, and manage a portfolio of funded groups, including National Portfolio Organisations.
- Analyze financial data, evaluate risks, and review artistic projects to ensure successful outcomes.

The role of the Relationship Manager involves working with a range of theatre organisations and makers in the south west. You will be responsible for giving funding advice, assessing grant applications, understanding project information and manage a portfolio of funded organisations including National Portfolio Organisations. This includes assessing financial information, identifying risk and providing feedback on artistic plans.
Job requirements include being confident in communicating with a range of people and having a keen interest in creativity and performing arts, particularly theatre. You will contribute to the development and delivery of Arts Council’s strategies, working with colleagues nationally, and should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the south west and/or national theatre sector. You will also need relationship or stakeholder management experience, as well as an understanding of place-based working.
