The role entails designing and executing the Corporate Communication strategy with the Head of Communication to make Ecotone a recognized and inspiring hero of Food for Biodiversity. Responsibilities include shaping the Global Corporate Communication strategy, encompassing both external and internal communications. Lead and participate in various strategic corporate communication initiatives, including global messaging and internal communications projects. Conceptualize, implement, and evaluate engaging communication actions and campaigns for internal and external stakeholders. Develop creative social media assets such as videos and infographics, and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and recognition across platforms like LinkedIn and website traffic. Manage and regularly update the website content in both English and French to ensure accuracy and consistency. Monitor our ecosystem initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the brand's reputation. Design and execute an agile communication program involving internal social media, events, workshops, webcasts, and innovative tools to engage all employees in our mission.
Job requirements include a degree from a Superior Communication school, a minimum of three years of experience in corporate communication (360°), ability to produce engaging social media content that drives high levels of engagement, excellent writing and editorial skills, capable of tailoring content for diverse audiences through verbal and written communication, proficiency in operational tasks and comfortable using digital tools, and fluency in both French and English.
