As our Digital Content & Experience Manager, you will create high performing and user-centred digital content, journeys and experiences across all channels including website, email, social and paid ads. You will ensure the overall digital experience is inspiring, engaging, accurate and inspires action with our supporters, whilst ensuring alignment across all supporter touchpoints.

You will design, create and optimise high performing content and journeys across digital channels that meet user needs and business objectives, working as part of a multi-disciplinary marketing squad. You will champion data-driven decision making by continually understanding and acting on performance data and user insight to optimise and develop content and journeys.

To be successful, it is important that you have solid experience in the development of digital content for a range of channels (including social, email and websites), which is engaging and inspiring for customers/supporters. You should have extensive experience working with digital analytics packages (such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) and on Content Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge of storytelling within a digital context and design principles is required.

The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter). This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team and is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.
