- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, proficiency in English is mandatory while knowledge of French, Swahili, or Kinyarwanda is advantageous.

The role: As a Strategy & Operations Associate in the Office of the CEO, you will lead strategic projects to achieve organizational priorities, manage transformation projects to enhance efficiency, and support operational teams in initiatives like country expansions or launching new products. You will also manage communications and stakeholder coordination, ensuring alignment across teams and with senior leadership.
Job requirements: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably in management consulting, international development, or similar fields. Strong project management skills and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is necessary, and proficiency in English is mandatory, with knowledge of French, Swahili, or Kinyarwanda being advantageous.
