- Role Summary:
- Provide technical and regulatory support in innovation and product renovation projects.
- Evaluate technical and regulatory feasibility for project briefs.
- Develop product specifications and guide recipe/process/pack optimizations.
- Ensure products comply with regulations and specifications.
- Validate product shelf life and oversee industrial trials and initial productions.
- Conduct technological monitoring of products and raw materials.
- Contribute to marketing and strategic R&D innovation plans.
- Role Requirements:
- Bac+5 degree in agri/agro engineering with a specialization in regulation, nutrition, or product development.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a factory setting.
- Proficiency in English and a strong grasp of food regulations.
- Knowledge of nutrition, organic farming, and food packaging is beneficial.
- Recognized for rigor, autonomy, and prioritization skills.
- Creativity, openness, and curiosity are essential traits.
- Proficiency in office tools.

Today, we are looking for a Research and Development Manager (CDI) H/F. Reporting to the Head of the R&D Department, your missions in the adventure will be to provide technical and regulatory support during innovation or product renovation projects, evaluate the technical and regulatory feasibility of project briefs thanks to a knowledge of ingredients and technologies, develop specifications and product specifications, guide recipe / process / pack optimizations with suppliers, validate the compliance of developed products with the regulations and specifications defined, validate the product's shelf life, validate industrial trials and / or first productions, ensure technological monitoring on your portfolio of products and raw materials, feed marketing and strategic R&D innovation plans.
You have a Bac+5 degree in agri or agro engineering with a specialization in regulation utrition or product development, and you have a successful experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position in a factory, where you have developed skills in product development (ingredients, formulation, processes).
You are comfortable in English and you master food regulations. Basic knowledge of nutrition, organic farming and food packaging are assets. You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy and your ability to prioritize. Open-mindedness, curiosity and creativity are your major assets. Finally, you master office tools.
