We are MANUAL, a promising start-up in the health & wellness space. We deliver healthcare at scale thanks to our comprehensive digital clinic. Our ambition is to extend the healthy years of lives for a large part of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond. We are looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Creative team.

The role entails spearheading the development of captivating and innovative content across all our social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, generating and producing big thinking ideas that not only engage our audience but also drive brand awareness and growth through our social channels. This position requires a highly creative individual with a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices, and an ability to work agilely in a start-up environment.

Job requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. +4 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth. Strong creative vision and the ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand narrative. Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Passion for technology, innovation, and staying ahead of the curve in the digital landscape.
