  • Drive pipeline generation through cold calls, emails, and demos.

ABOUT US: YoungOnes operates a two-sided marketplace that allows businesses to find freelancers for short-term and often last-minute gigs. Last year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through the platform and together they worked over 5.5 million hours. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands (>10M EUR in annual profits), as well as a rapidly expanding UK operation, we’re looking for our next Sales Development Representative to help us reach our ambitious goals.

The role: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving consistent pipeline generation through cold calls, emails and demos. You will qualify and convert SME size leads into our customers and proactively follow up on marketing generated leads (inbounds). You will also manage, track and report sales activities & pipeline using Hubspot.

Job requirements: You have 1+ of experience in sales, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a bag of energy. The thought of actively seeking new business opportunities and engaging/ building relationships energises you. You are highly-proactive and willing to learn fast. You love connecting with people and seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success. You are entrepreneurial by nature.
