Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership in retail.

Our Bentonville Clubhouse is looking for a Clubhouse Manager to take on driving the overall success of Rapha in Bentonville. A seasoned retailer and an inspiring people leader, the Clubhouse Manager knows what it takes to create a world class customer experience, bringing the Rapha Brand to life. The Clubhouse Manager is a commercial leader, who understands the local cycling community and will oversee both Clubhouse & local activation.
Strong collaboration skills are vital, as building relationships with the Regional and Central teams are key to achieving success through strategic vision and drive for results, ensuring profitability and success.
The Role:
Responsible for the overall Performance of Rapha Bentonville
Responsible for achieving the EBITDA & Retail Key Performance Indicators
Ensure every guest who enters the Clubhouse receives a world class and unique customer experience which demonstrates the very best of Rapha
Understanding business insights and product performance to identify and drive commercial and community opportunities
Cross-functional working is vital to create a compelling, localised strategy for our the local area, implementing plans to grow the sport and inspire a life by bike
Ensure employee experience is ‘best-in-class’ and aligned with brand values
Working closely with Marketing Teams to drive new customer acquisition through engaging and relevant activations and collaborations
Leading the team in the efficient running of the Clubhouses and driving local event & ride programming to ensure maximum return on investment
Leverage support of central Merchandising & VM Teams to highlight the best product selection whilst maintaining the highest standards.
Deliver an inspirational visual/physical experience through all areas ofthe store by ensuring all details are considered and of the highest quality
Coaching & developing teams to demonstrate Rapha behaviours at all times
Cascade communications and inspire teams through action
Be a Rapha ambassador, seen by others as a role model and bring to life Rapha core Values & Behaviours
The Candidate
Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfil the requirements in a similar way.
5+ years leadership experience in a retail environment
A passion for delivering a world-class customer experience and being present on the sales floor
A proven track record of delivering results and the drive to exceed expectations
An understanding of food & beverage retailing
Excellent planning and organisational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills
Enthusiastic about community and relationship building
Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent
The creativity and drive to build and host memorable events at the Clubhouse, which bring the Rapha experience to life
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be flexible and agile to meet business needs
Proven track record for having an entrepreneurial spirit delivering results
