The Role
We are looking for someone passionate about social media to be the voice of Only A Pavement Away via our social channels.
We do some amazing work, and we need someone creative to bring that to life. We work with hospitality operators and fantastic charities, so this role is a mixture between working with restaurants, bars, hotels, and cafes ( lively and fun) and the charity sector (impactful and rewarding).
What Success Looks Like
Constant innovation to improve how we engage with our digital community Increasing social media following and engagement across our platforms Creating a suite of content and collateral that enhances our overall marketing proposition
Understanding the brand values, and voice and championing this on socials
What The Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Attending events and posting live content. Event examples: The London Marathon/ Skills training workshops at one of our hospitality operators / fundraising dinners
- Responding to all social media activity on behalf of the charity, thanking supporters for fundraising and posting relevant updates
- Brainstorming ideas of how to bring our work to life via content creation (audio/ visual / animation)
- Photography / Videography at events
- Designing marketing collateral (flyers , presentation templates, event banners). Streamlining content on our current social platforms for consistency / brand alignment/ aesthetic
- Using social media tools to listen to industry trends and schedule posts Mapping out a social media content plan for all Only A Pavement Away events Reporting on social media metrics e.g. engagement and followers
