Volunteer 3 x Trustee (Fundraising / HR / General)

What will you be doing?

We are seeking energetic and dynamic people to join our growing Board of Trustees.    Over the past five years Breakout Youth has experienced substantial growth with our income more than quadrupling. We have recently set out our strategy for the next 5 years and are building the team of Trustees needed to deliver our goals and bring continued energy to our Boardroom.    Specifically, we are seeking Trustees with either significant fundraising or human resources experience to drive our activity in this crucial areas. Although, we will consider all applicants. 

What are we looking for?

No previous experience as a Trustee is required, though it would be beneficial.    We are looking for the applicant with the right energy and dedication to bring to a small charity.    Experience within fundraising (charity fundraising strategy, community fundraising, bid-writing) is highly desirable.  or Experience within human resources. 

What difference will you make?

As a Trustee of Breakout Youth you will naturally feel that you are impacting the lives and experiences of young LGBTQ+ people across our region. Additionally, we hope that you will also have a direct impact on a growing organisation and will be able to see your efforts directly translate into our charity.
