What are we looking for?

For the Head of Operations role at Filming for Humanity, we seek a candidate with strong managerial skills and a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategy, event management, social media marketing, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Filming for Humanity's activities, overseeing project implementation, and managing a team of 5 to 10 individuals. They will work closely with the founder to execute the organization's mission effectively. Key qualities include excellent leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for humanitarian work are essential. 3 years minimum of experience in similar role required.
