What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a volunteer bidwriter to fund the FREE coaching we provide to the neurodivergent community so we can help more people into sustainable employment. we want our local reach to become a global reach through the help of you a passionate bidwriter who will help us accomplish our vision.

You have won bids before and have great communication, and attention to detail and can work to deadlines
What difference will you make?
Our mission is to change the hearts and minds of businesses so that they are more neuroinclusive across the talent pipeline, we do this so that neurodivergent individuals can find sustainable employment, not unattainable. Our career coaching team work hard to coordinate a team of volunteer coaches who provide support to our candidates. While the coaching is free, the coordination and management of the process aren't and EI 100% funds this from the commercial side of the business. We want to continue this work and expand this so we can make an even bigger impact by not only paying our coaches but recruiting more coaches who can coach even more neurodivergent individuals. As a bid writer you will be able to impact hundreds and eventually thousands of people through finding funding to help continue our mission
