Finance & Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Analyst. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis and decision-making within the organisation. You will need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers, and have a solid understanding of P&L modeling. Experience with SQL preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team in helping business leaders make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and understanding of financial trade-offs Create, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts Build out business reporting metrics and dashboards Perform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our short and long term strategic plan Automate reporting and build insights using SQL Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunities

Skills and Experiences

A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline 1-2 years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company considered a plus, but not required Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modelling experience Ability to work autonomously Enthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  Experience with SQL preferred

Working Policy:

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
