  • Collaborate with the Senior Growth Manager and key stakeholders as part of the UK Growth team.
  • Represent The Modern Milkman as an ambassador through direct customer interactions.
  • Drive improvements and manage direct sales channels, focusing on enhancing the telesales channel.
  • Proven experience in fostering high-performing team cultures.
  • Skilled in leading a sales team to meet ambitious targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take projects from conception to large-scale implementation.
  • Legal right to work in the UK is mandatory.

The Modern Milkman is a purpose-driven business that delivers fresh ways to reduce waste for customers nationwide. Our goal is to reset our throwaway society, and, to date, we've prevented over 100 million plastic bottles from polluting the planet. Not bad for a business that started as four friends from Lancashire delivering milk from a beat-up truck!

The role entails being a part of our small but growing UK Growth team working closely with the Senior Growth Manager, Head of Commercial Operations, Customer Success Manager and other wider stakeholders. This role is a key part of our community growth strategy. Your team are our Modern Milkman ambassadors, constantly having direct interaction with our active or potential customers. You will take on all direct sales channels, with an initial focus on driving improvements within our telesales channel.

Job requirements include experience in building high performing team cultures, leading a sales team to deliver against ambitious targets, and being a self-starter, able to take an initiative from ideation to execution to scale through an iterative approach. You must have proof of right to work in the UK.
