Role Summary:

As a People Experience & Internal Comms Executive, you will be based in London, working closely with teammates in the Budapest office to deliver joined up events and experiences across both locations. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding day for our new joiners, organising events, managing our comms and events calendar, and providing communications support for the People team. You will also be required to spend 3 days a week in our London office and be flexible to adapt your office days around any events we have going on that week.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about employee experience, a confident communicator, open and approachable, organised and has great attention to detail. You should have strong written communication skills, experience in planning company-wide events, and experience in video content creation.
