  • Identify and seize business opportunities in Spain's modern trade channel.
  • Formulate strategic approaches for key accounts to achieve distribution, sales, and market share targets.

  • Proven experience in FMCG or high-growth startups, with 7+ years managing top retail accounts.
  • Expertise in team management and trade marketing.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

And that’s why we are looking for a Head of Retail Iberia! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission throughidentifying business opportunities in the modern trade channel in Spain as well as designing the right strategy for the main key accounts. You will implement the right levers in order to reach the company goals in terms of distribution, net sales, market share and profitability. You will also lead our amazing KAMs team. 


  • Consolidate Heura as the main partner of the category for each client, in each country, through a good win-win relationship that turns us into the category captain for each one of them. It’s crucial that you develop a good relationship with all the key people of each key account.

  • Developing the strategic retail plan for each client you will be managing, setting the strategic goal of every top retailer in every sub-channel.

  • Developing together with the Trade Marketing team persuasive selling stories for all the hierarchical levels of each client in order to accelerate and unlock negotiations.

  • Set up the right objectives for each client plus design and implement an annual plan that allow Heura to reach these goals. Design the promotional plan and analyze the ROI in order to identify potential improvements.

  • Analysis and presentation of the results regarding the key account performance

  • Administrative tasks related to the commercial management: handling charges, pricing...

  • Sales Team Development: Lead and develop sales teams dedicated to the supermarket channel, providing guidance, training and resources to achieve sales and distribution goals.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate the sales performance of the retail channel in Iberia by analyzing key data and metrics, such as sales, market share, product penetration and profitability. Prepare regular reports of results and trends for management and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a GoodVibes attitude.

  • Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.

  • Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

  • +7 years managing top Retail accounts.

  • Previous experience in team management.

  • Prior experience in trade marketing positions.

  • Excellent negotiation and building-relationship skills.

  • Business-focus person with financial & analytical skills.

  • Result and performance oriented person with a strong consumer centric thinking.

  • Activator with great leadership skills to push key project in order to drive targeted results

  • Flexibility and ability to survive in an ever-changing structure. Flexibility to operate in grey areas which have not been assigned to a particular department

  • An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
