GoHenry is a UK-based fintech company created by parents to pioneer financial education. More recently, GoHenry moved into Europe and the US by joining forces with French fintech company PixPay and US investing app, Acorns.

Together, Acorns, PixPay, and GoHenry have over 6 million members across 5 countries. GoHenry offers a debit card and app for kids and teens and companion apps for the family, with in-app tools for sending money, automating allowance, managing chores, setting savings goals, giving to charity, and in-app financial education lessons where kids can watch videos, take quizzes and earn points & badges. This is all designed to help kids and teens build good money habits that will last a lifetime.

As the Digital Designer, you will be joining a Creative Studio team responsible for building and sustaining a brand known and loved by 80% of the UK population. You will bring an established strategic and conceptual thought process to our team—coming up with fun and creative approaches to campaigns. You will always ask the ‘WHY’ and deliver on the ‘HOW’—helping GoHenry to drive its high standards and fast growth roadmap. 

At GoHenry, our creative team turns our brand vision and campaigns into reality. As part of our in-house studio, you will work closely with our wider marketing team and product design team to help make every kid smart with money by acquiring and retaining new members. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of writers, designers, and video editors, all reporting to our Creative Director. 


  • Using conceptual design, you will confidently deliver marketing campaigns that help drive growth
  • Working from a brief through to final delivery—you’ll show a passion for collaborating with others to create strategically focused ideas 
  • Absorbe insights and respond with creative solutions that deliver
  • Manage and create design throughout all phases of a project ensuring high-quality web pages and campaign landing pages that tell a story and convert
  • Develop and evolve our marketing communications toolkit into effective and engaging designs for our Website, Landing Pages, Email and Social
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on sharpening ideas and enhancing our brand presence in AV, digital, mobile/web, comms, and social
  • Articulate your POV but be open to feedback and work collaboratively with the team
  • Present confidently and professionally to internal teams, including executives
  • Contribute to holistic thinking about Brand Design, including how a brand acts, looks and comes to life throughout the full customer experience. 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience 4+ years experience or equivalent working within a creative agency or an internal creative team—with a portfolio demonstrating this
  • Excellence in Figma, UI, Web Design, etc 
  • An organised, structured, and meticulous eye for detail and pixel perfection with the ability to self-critique and iterate work
  • A deep understanding of digital tools, trends, and foundations 
  • A love for visual storytelling and concepting 
  • Experience with typography, layout, and general Graphic design 
  • Experience with landing pages for digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, paid search) and website pages 
  • Ability to manage your workload and deliver high-quality work on time

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in planning and attending photoshoots 
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up or small agency environment
