Role Summary:Partner with executive directors to support strategic decision makingEnhance information flow, analyze operational efficiency, and improve foresightManage sales and pipeline budgeting and forecastingConduct monthly group board reporting and new product business case modellingPerform segmentation, commercial analysis, and reportingModel commission structures and drive report accuracy through automationDesign and monitor KPIs to optimize performance and profitabilitySupport action planning, execution, and M&A activities

Role Requirements:Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or part-qualified with relevant experienceExpertise in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and ExcelUnderstanding of recurring revenue business modelsExperience in analytical, accounting, or finance business partnering rolesStrong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skillsOrganized and proactive individualExperience in fast-paced, high-growth, or Private Equity linked environments is advantageous

THE ROLE

Climate Impact Partners, a leading provider of high-quality carbon credit programmes is looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to Group FP&A Director, you will partner closely with the executive directors and department management supporting commercial and strategic decision making, by improving the flow of information, analysing operational efficiency and improving commercial foresight. You will be a proactive, motivated and forward-thinking analyst, capable of using their own initiative to help continuously improve processes, efficiency and management insight.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Business partner to the directors of our product, sales, marketing and digital departments
  • Overseeing sales and pipeline budgeting and forecasting
  • Monthly group board reporting
  • New product business case modelling
  • Segmentation and commercial analysis and reporting
  • Commission modelling
  • Drive accuracy, visibility and timeliness of reporting through the implementation of standardised reporting and automation
  • Designing and monitoring of effective KPIs to optimise performance & profitability
  • Support action planning and execution
  • Ad-hoc projects, business analysis & support M&A activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • A qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA), part-qualified will be considered depending on experience
  • Proven experience with advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI
  • An advanced user of Excel and capable of managing large data sets
  • Prior experience of recurring revenue business models
  • Progressive experience in a senior analytical, accounting or finance business partnering role,
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial people
  • Proactiveness and someone highly organised
  • Prior experience in a fast paced, high-growth or Private Equity linked environment preferred
