Role Summary:
- Deliver 8 sessions over 8 weeks at local schools, each lasting about an hour.

- Take participants on a 'World of Work' visit to expose them to real workplace settings.
Role Requirements:
- Superb communicators who can facilitate group activities confidently.
- No specific educational background required, but a sincere interest in youth development is crucial.
- Commitment to support two programmes per academic year and attend at least six of the eight sessions per programme.
For this role, you will undergo mandatory in-person training at the Liverpool centre, and up to 3 hours of online training. Become a part of a devoted community of volunteers with full training and support from a King's Trust Youth Development Lead.
