Role Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to tap into big data sources to lead and advise on new products and practices beneficial to farmers. This includes handling statistical and machine learning analyses, utilizing GIS and spatial analytics, designing robust data infrastructure, developing dashboards, ensuring data quality, and mentoring the data team.
Role Requirements
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Agronomy, or a related field, and should be proficient in Python/R, SQL, and modern data tools. Also, a robust background in statistics, machine learning, and geospatial analysis is essential. Preferred candidates will have experience in agronomic data analysis and proven team leadership skills.
