- Support the Talent Team in initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Coordinate and administer Talent programmes and projects.

- Assist with the execution of annual Talent cycles and collaborate with partners and providers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Previous administration experience in L&D, performance, or recruitment is required.
- Proficiency in talent platforms like Workday is preferred.
- Knowledge of learning, performance, and talent processes is necessary.
- Demonstrated project management abilities and supplier relationship management are important.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a crucial role working with the Talent Team within People reporting to the Associate Director, Talent. Our team is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing colleagues with the capabilities (skills, knowledge and behaviours) that Wellcome need to deliver our strategy and achieve our mission, now and in the future.
You will work towards our Talent agenda by leading the coordination and administration of all Talent programmes, projects, Talent Acquisition and business as usual (BAU) activities that supports the wider People framework. This includes planning, coordinating and managing the Learning & Development programmes administrative related tasks, maintaining our intranet and SharePoint Talent sites, supporting the delivery of annual Talent cycles, and liaising with Talent partners and providers.
We are seeking an individual with strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You should have proven administration experience in learning and development, performance and/or recruitment, experience with learning, performance and talent platforms and systems (preferably Workday), working knowledge of learning, performance and talent processes, demonstrated project management experience, and proven ability to manage external partnerships and supplier relationships.
We offer a hybrid way of working, currently working 2 days per week from our Euston Road offices with the remaining 3 days working either remotely or in the office. From 1st September 2024 we will move to 3 days in the office with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
