The Role Sitting at the heart of the V&A’s Commercial division the main purpose of this role is to support the V&A commercial activities (Academy, Retail, Tickets and Membership) working on a variety of projects across eCommerce. It’s an exciting time to be joining the newly formed E-commerce team at the V&A. As part of a small team, you’ll contribute to solution design, testing, training and transition to any new system. You will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of current business processes, understanding the business need, producing requirements, understanding the technical solution and how business processes relate or could be improved against it, and documenting the to-be processes. You will have experience performing in the role of a Business Analyst in complex environments.
