- Implement and enhance Rewilding Sweden's Enterprise strategy.
- Collaborate with local businesses, landowners, and stakeholders to support conservation efforts.
- Drive economic growth and positive social impacts in local communities through nature-based solutions.
- Report to and work closely with the Director and various team leaders.
- Engage with rewilding and communication officers, local communities, business owners, and partners.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Swedish Lapland, local development opportunities, and fluent Swedish language skills.
- Preferably based in Luleå, Boden, or surrounding areas.

Rewilding Sweden is searching for an Enterprise Officer to implement and enhance their Enterprise strategy. The role will focus on the development of a nature-based economy, which will support the conservation and rewilding of the Swedish Lapland, whilst creating new sources of income and delivering positive social and economic impact in the local communities.
About Rewilding Sweden Rewilding Sweden is a Foundation with the mission to make Sweden a wilder place. The initiative has a current spatial focus on the northernmost Swedish counties of Norrbotten and Västerbotten. The landscape in which the organization operates, contains various types of habitats; coniferous forests, peatlands and rivers bordering the Baltic Sea in the east and mountains in the west.
The Role The Enterprise Officer will enhance and implement the Enterprise strategy by engaging with local businesses, landowners, and stakeholders to sustain, expand and finance the work of Rewilding Sweden, thus contributing to the creation of a nature-based economy for the benefit of nature and the local communities.
Job Requirements The officer will report to Rewilding Sweden’s Director and team leader, work closely with him and the rewilding officers, communication officer as well as local communities, business owners and other partners. A good understanding and knowledge of the Swedish Lapland and local development opportunities in Norrbotten is highly desirable, and the officer will preferably be based in Luleå, Boden or its surrounding. Fluent in the Swedish language is a must.
