WaterAid is an exciting organization that is committed to creating a world where everyone, everywhere has clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene. We are looking for an Administration Compliance Project Officer to join our team in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
The role: The Administration Compliance Project Officer will control all administrative activities in procurement, stock management and office management for WaterAid Madagascar in the RANO MAHARITRA project and ensure compliance. The officer will also be responsible for the internal control of the compliance of purchases made by WaterAid Madagascar for the RANO MAHARITRA project and monitor the proper execution of all contracts.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have a minimum degree in finance and accounting, management and administration, logistics management. At least 5 years of experience in an internal control position, audit in logistics management and procurement in an International NGO or large project is required. The candidate should also have the ability to organize or hold training and design teaching aids on financial management procedures and in procurement.
