The King's Trust is dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs aged 18–30 through the First Minister’s Start-Up Challenge, in partnership with Dechomai. This role is crucial in guiding young people as they develop, launch, and grow their businesses.

The role: As a Youth Development Lead - Enterprise, you will mentor a caseload of young people, guiding them through the stages of business development. This includes shaping ideas, testing concepts, writing business plans, and achieving business start targets. You will work closely with delivery partners to provide high-impact training and tailored support, ensuring each participant is fully supported throughout their entrepreneurial journey. The role requires travel across Scotland and involves a combination of office days and working from home.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, energized by youth development, and passionate about creating meaningful change. You should be able to manage essential administration and data that underpin programme quality and impact.
