Role Summary

The role: As a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise Training, your mission is to be the driving force behind young entrepreneurs' success stories. The Enterprise programme’s aim is to support young people interested in self-employment to explore and test their ideas, write business plans and start their own businesses or achieve alternative outcomes in education, training, volunteering or work. You’ll lead engaging, high-energy workshops for young people across the UK, helping them explore self-employment, test their ideas, and take meaningful steps towards starting a business. You’ll work at pace across a national delivery model, collaborating with mentors, volunteers and corporate partners to deliver a dynamic programme of sessions. You’ll act as a facilitator, host and trusted voice on enterprise, creating an environment where young people feel confident, supported and ready to take action. Alongside delivery, you’ll manage the essential admin and data that underpins the programme, ensuring quality across everything you do.
