  • Lead recruitment for global Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations teams.
  • Devise and implement tailored candidate recruiting strategies.

  • Minimum 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Ability to fill mid to senior level positions efficiently.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience with U.S. hiring required; LATAM and Canada recruiting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS/Cloud industry is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for a world class Recruiter to help build and scale our global Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations teams. This person should be excited to design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans while also being a point person for all things hiring with our hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for key roles including Business Development, Commercial & Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand Marketing, Communications, Strategic Consulting, and Enablement & Productivity 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
  • Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent for each role
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
  • Utilize broader trends and data in the business and industry to continuously improve the company’s brand from a hiring perspective, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning process

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience either internal or at a 3rd party staffing agency. 
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Track record of successfully filling mid to senior level positions, including those at the Director level
  • Ability to manage projects and simultaneously prioritize the talent acquisition flow in an environment with competing demands
  • Leverage data to proactively diagnose potential issues and make recommendations to improve the recruitment process
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with a modern applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse ATS
  • Experience hiring across the United States is required with preferred experience recruiting in LATAM and Canada
  • Experience with candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal English skills are essential

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $112,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $100,000 and $125,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
