- Role Summary:

the role
Our Production Operatives are responsible for packing finished products ready for posting to our customers, following the instructions provided.

what the role involves
- Packing our products as per instructions provided by supervisors either on automated or manual packing lines.
- Preparing raw materials in an ergonomic way for packing operations.
- Checking the quality of product meets specified requirements.
- Labelling the finished goods ready for shipment.
- Keeping the Health & Safety of yourself and others at the forefront of everything you do.
you will need
- no previous packaging or production experience is required, just a can-do, enthusiastic attitude.
- to demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- you will enjoy working as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of targets and deadlines.
- to be able to work in a warehouse environment, in a quick and efficient way with minimal supervision. All tasks involve standing.
- to be able to understand work directions and health & safety in English and show a basic level of spoken English.

applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK.
this role will be based at our warehouse in Paddock Wood, the shift pattern is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
