  • Role Summary
    • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and narratives.
    • Employ cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake, DBT, and Streamlit.
    • Work collaboratively with customer-facing teams to enhance data understanding and usage.
    • Develop innovative tools and products using Python and SQL, and delve into Machine Learning and statistical modeling.
  • Role Requirements
    • At least 2 years in a customer-facing role related to data/analytics solutions.
    • Experience with Cloud Databases/Data Warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
    • Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy).
    • Ability to prototype, refine, and deploy analytics solutions and statistical models.
    • Familiarity with BI Visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
    • Strong communication skills and a user-centric approach to data storytelling.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Management.
    • Experience with customer engagement technologies or cross digital channel campaign management.
    • Knowledge of Machine Learning or Statistical Modeling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Join Customer Analytics and be part of a dynamic group of consultants and developers dedicated to evolving how data and analytics are experienced. We thrive on turning vast arrays of data into compelling stories that drive our business and our customers' success forward. As we navigate through rapid growth, we're looking for a passionate Data Storyteller who can harness the power of mobile and digital interaction data to uncover the next key business milestones. Here, your curiosity meets our cutting-edge projects, expanding your knowledge in Marketing Automation, Data, and Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft Data-Driven Narratives: Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You're not just presenting data; you're telling its story.
  • Innovate with Technology: Utilize the latest in data and analytics technologies, moving beyond traditional pivot tables to create engaging analytics experiences. Your tools include industry leaders like Snowflake, DBT, and Streamlit.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into future solutions. Your mission is to enhance our customers' understanding and use of data.
  • Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions: Build new tools and products in Python and SQL that innovate how data and analytics are delivered. Explore data use cases that extend into Machine Learning and statistical modeling, setting new benchmarks for analytics excellence.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, whether in success, consulting, or professional services, ideally supporting data/analytics products and solutions
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Databases/Data Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). 
  • Expertise in data science tools, including SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, etc.)
  • Experience prototyping, refining, and deploying analytics solutions and statistical models.
  • Familiarity with BI Visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • An excellent communicator with a user-centric attitude, eager to translate complex data into meaningful stories.

Bonus Points For:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Management.
  • Experience with customer engagement technologies or cross digital channel campaign management
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning or Statistical Modeling
