Role Summary
- Centralize and lead operations, including tender & submission coordination, project operations & contracts, and office, people & executive support.
- Oversee the end-to-end process for UK tenders and proposals.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our UK office and support of our staff.
Role Requirements
- Experience in managing operations in a professional organization.
- Supporting or coordinating tender processes.
- Use of data to support decision-making.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills. Experience in research, consultancy, the public sector, or a not-for-profit environment is preferred.

The role: As the Business & Project Operations Lead, you will be at the crossroads of how we run our office, support our people, win work, and manage project reporting and systems. Your responsibilities will include Tender & Submission Coordination, where you'll manage the end-to-end process for UK tenders and proposals. In Project Operations & Contracts, you'll oversee the operational setup and running of UK projects. Additionally, in Office, People & Executive Support, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our UK office and support our staff.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with experience in managing operations in a small, busy professional organization, supporting or coordinating competitive submissions or tender processes, using data to support decision-making, handling sensitive situations with discretion, and effectively communicating across teams. Experience in a research, consultancy, public sector, or not-for-profit environment is preferred.
