We are excited to announce an opening for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is passionate about scaling a purpose-led business with precision, heart, and systems-level thinking. This role is ideal for someone who is driven by both profit and planetary impact, offering a unique opportunity to significantly influence our operational strategies.

The role: As COO, you will co-lead the rhythm of our business alongside the CEO and CFO. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, managing data systems, overseeing product flow, ensuring sourcing resilience, and supporting the digital infrastructure that underpins our teams and community. You will act as a strategic co-pilot, balancing creative vision with disciplined execution, and partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute our business strategy. Your role will be crucial in translating our vision into operational plans with measurable outcomes, aligning with our sustainability and regenerative business goals.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in scaling a purpose-driven, product-based, multi-channel brand, ideally within the footwear, apparel, or consumer goods sectors. You should have deep expertise in finance, planning, sourcing, and systems transformation. A systems thinker with strong commercial acumen and emotional intelligence, you should thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth, values-led environments and have a passion for nature, health, and regenerative business.
