The role: As a Dealer Service Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing Patagonia's wholesale accounts across Europe. This involves optimizing service and operations by building strong relationships with wholesale customers and the Patagonia sales team. You will be responsible for daily management of wholesale orders, liaising with various teams to ensure prompt and reliable service, and maintaining the operational health of accounts.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Dealer Service, fluency in German and English, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft D365 is preferred. A proactive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for the outdoors are essential.
