The role: As the Director of Merchandising & Planning, you will lead the regional product strategy and inventory management across EMEA to drive long-term brand positioning, quality growth, and financial health. This role involves strategic collaboration with global product teams and local markets, curating product lines, and business planning to meet regional consumer needs and market opportunities. You will also partner with Marketplace, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and optimal placement.
Job requirements: We are looking for a leader with an inclusive mindset, advanced leadership capabilities, and strong collaboration skills. You should have a proven ability to influence business outcomes in a matrix environment, strategic and forward-thinking skills, and a strong understanding of merchandising, seasonal planning, and supply chain dynamics. Business fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
