Role Summary

  • Bridge human and AI-driven experiences in a crucial role as a Hybrid Support Specialist.
  • Take charge of escalations and platform performance, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with various teams including product development, logistics, ecommerce, and social platforms.

Role Requirements

  • Have experience in a customer-facing, digital service or operational role.
  • Comfort and familiarity with chat, email, and live communication tools such as phone or video.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable collaborating with different teams.
  • Have clear and empathetic communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and confident in owning a situation from beginning to end.
  • Visit our London Hub office twice a month, working 5 days per week over a 7 day period (weekends on rotation).

The role: As a Hybrid Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging human and AI-driven service experiences. You will take ownership of escalations, support platform performance, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance how customers experience Vivobarefoot at every touchpoint. This position involves solving problems, supporting platform evolution, and driving proactive communication in partnership with teams across product, logistics, ecommerce, and social.

Job requirements: You should have experience in a customer-facing, digital service, or experience-led operational role. Comfort with working across chat, email, and live communication tools like phone or video is essential. A natural troubleshooter and problem solver who enjoys collaborating with different teams is ideal. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive or public interactions with clarity, empathy, and professionalism are crucial. Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms is helpful; however, a willingness to learn is essential. You should be calm under pressure and confident in owning a situation from start to resolution. You'll also need to be able to come to our London Hub office twice a month, with the rest of the time working from home, and be happy working 5 days per week over a 7 day period (weekends on rotation).
