Role Summary

Role Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in internal communication or employee engagement in a senior role.

  • High-level storytelling skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.

The role: As the Internal Communications Manager based in Amsterdam, you will act as a community and culture catalyst within the EMEA region. This position involves developing and owning the internal communication and engagement agenda, ensuring that our employees are well-informed and actively engaged with our company's strategy, priorities, and values. You will be responsible for creating connections through stories and experiences that align with our broader purpose to save our home planet.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or organizational communication, preferably in a senior or regional role within a purpose-driven organization. You should possess strong expertise in multi-channel communication strategy, channel innovation, and have a proven track record of advising senior leaders and coaching executives on communication. Advanced storytelling skills and a high level of cross-cultural sensitivity are essential.
