As a Logistics Coordinator based in the Netherlands, your role will involve:
- Managing communication with the 3PL partner
- Prioritizing inbound and outbound activities
- Enhancing operational efficiency across EMEA
- Maintaining service levels across various channels, including wholesale, e-commerce, and retail.

The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in logisitcs
- Knowledge of data analysis, KPI reporting, freight and customs processes, and ERP systems. Experience with D365 is advantageous
- A passion for outdoors
- An inclusive mindset and an interest in environmental protection

The role: As a Logistics Coordinator based in Amsterdam, you will ensure the accurate and timely execution of logistics flows at Patagonia’s European Distribution Centers, focusing on the Netherlands and supporting the UK. Your responsibilities include managing daily communication with the 3PL partner, prioritizing inbound and outbound activities, and resolving operational issues to maintain service levels across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels. By balancing cost, speed, and internal values, you contribute to Patagonia’s customer experience and operational efficiency across EMEA.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably both inbound and outbound. You should have a good understanding of logistics coordination, data analysis, KPI reporting, freight and customs processes, and ERP systems. Experience with D365 is a strong plus. An inclusive mindset and a passion for the outdoors are essential, as is an interest in contributing to environmental protection.
