Role Summary:
- Leading strategic logistics initiatives to enhance global supply chain efficiency and sustainability
- Driving RFPs and tenders with operational logistics expertise
- Coordinating cross-functional teams such as Operations, IT, Procurement and external partners for project delivery and compliance
- Leading end-to-end logistics projects like warehouse optimization, transportation upgrades, and system rollouts
Role Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a similar field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading complex logistics projects
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 is desirable
- Experience with systems like Netsuite, SAP, WMS, TMS
- Sharp analytical skills, excellent organization skills
- Experience in international logistics, customs compliance, and sustainability in supply chain would be advantageous

The role: As a Logistics Improvement Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic logistics initiatives that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our global supply chain. Your main tasks will include driving RFPs and tenders with operational logistics expertise, leading end-to-end logistics projects such as warehouse optimisation, transportation upgrades, and system rollouts. You will build project plans, timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, IT, and external partners, ensuring smooth project delivery and compliance with company standards.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a similar field, with at least 5 years of experience leading complex logistics projects. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is highly desirable. You should possess sharp analytical skills, excellent organisation, and be experienced with systems such as Netsuite, SAP, WMS, TMS. Experience in international logistics, customs compliance, and sustainability in the supply chain will be advantageous.
